As far as the rest of the world knew they were good, living and loving life till one day ( 2 years after the affair) Ryan moves out of the family home insisting he needs a break.....

I see it as a perfect case of " too much too soon" and also " too young".... For some time they had not been getting on too well, fighting every second day..... And living a life of contentment rather than fulfillment.... Charlie claiming shes unappreciated in the relationship, Ryan claiming he wants some freedom....

So not knowing where her relationship stands with Ryan, she starts living the nitelife, kissing a few people along the way and having a good time distracting herself from her problems at home..... Till one night after a drunken nite clubbing Sam (ryans mate) gives her what was suppossed to be just a ride home, which turned into phone calls, road trips, walks on the beach and somewhat of an "unofficial" relationship..... Sam was great, he listened to her problems, gave support and eventually fell in love with her ( in a week for gods sake dont these people know anything about love).... Claiming to give her and her daughter the world and more, but even more importantly the love and attention, Charlie so desperately craved...... Charlie found herself falling harder and harder for Sam as he was with her.... They spent nights together hugging kissing and talking..... Sam said all the right things and Charlie found her self in one diffficult situation..... She now had 2 men to worry about.....
She was one confused girl.....

After a nite of talkiing, and very much in depth conversation Sam decides to stay the nite, sleeping in the marital bed, holding kissing and cuddling...... unknown to them both Ryan was sitting at the end of the driveway waiting for sam to leave, and after he got to tired to wait much longer, he left, returning in the morning to find sams car still at his home.....

In the next couple of weeks, Chalie continues to see sam, sam starts ringing me for advice ( im like what the fuck) but givin i know he was a nice dude, and that my girlfriend was stringing him along, i was nice to him, and without in anyway portraying my girlfriend i subtly told him not to go too deep with this, as his feelings may not be reciperocated.....Anyway on the Ryan front.... Ryan sees and hears alot about what charlies getting up to, till one day he snaps, goes around to the house, and starts yelling, cursing and swearing at her, saying its over for good......

So after the shit hits the fan, myself, maya and charlie grab the wine, get absolutely shitfaced, and talk the night away.... its amazing how much u value ur friends, and know who your friends are in time like these...... Charlie told us that night, and ever since she could not hav done it without us...... in the tragic situation, our friendship grew so much stronger, something that i needed with charlie, and with this come my forgiveness to my best friend, who portrayed me all those years ago...... Who ever said "time heals" lied........
